Dr. James Ong - Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII)
Founder and Managing Director,
Dr. James Ong is an entrepreneur and ecosystem builder with more than 35 years of tech industry experience. He founded Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII), a think tank advocating Sustainable AI for Humanity and is co-author of “AI for Humanity: Building A Sustainable AI for the Future” (ISBN: 9781394180301), to be published by Wiley.
He is CEO of Origami Frontiers, a venture building firm, Venture Partner at Delight Capital and Adjunct Professor at SUTD and AI Mega Centre. He received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin specializing in AI for Governance and Business Process Automation.
Ms Chan Sue Meng is Deputy Director of Sustainability and Capability-Building at UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) overseeing a team that develops and manages capability-building initiatives, encompassing training, trainer and alumni engagement, partnerships, thought-leadership publications, and conversations in sustainability.

She is also the trainer for the Enterprise Sustainability Programme - Foundations in Corporate Sustainability, a partnership with Enterprise Singapore.Sue Meng has 14 years experience in developing sustainability programmes and along with that, 20 years in stakeholder engagement and change management.

She has served companies and NGOs in China, Malaysia and Singapore. Her journey in sustainability began in 2003 when she took a module in Alternative Development in Southeast Asia as part of her M.A. in Asia Pacific Studies. She is a published author of an untold history of her hometown, Ipoh, and has built a marker trail based on this book to lead the way in responsible tourism.
Kimming Yap is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Creativeans, an interdisciplinary brand and design management consultancy headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Jakarta, Vancouver and Milan.
With over 15 years of experience in branding and design strategies, he has transformed brands across a broad range of industries including technology, retail, healthcare, beauty, food and beverage, furniture, industrial, and government.
Kimming’s works are a recipient of multiple design awards, and have been widely published and exhibited at international platforms such as Salone del Mobile, London Design Festival, and Triennale Design Museum.
He is also the co-author of branding book ‘Are You Brand Dead?’, and is currently an Executive Committee Member of Design Business Chamber Singapore, a Council Member of Singapore Manufacturing Federation and Chairman of Lifestyle IndustryGroup, an Enterprise Singapore Management Consultant, and a Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts.
Johnathan Dorneles Francis or Big John as he is affectionately known has years of experience in marketing and advertising roles where he served as a copywriter and later on as a Strategy Consultant advising local and regional companies.
His role required him to formulate communications and branding strategies for companies seeking to re-brand or to expand overseas. His work with various industries such as fashion; pharmaceutical; architectural; music; and food and beverage, has allowed him to look at challenges from different perspectives. Johnathan’s portfolio of clients include notable brands such as Sentosa, DBS, Singtel, Ryde, Saniton, Mint Museum of Toys, Pokka, Campbell’s, Termi-mesh, CIAP Architects, Spring Maternity/Bove, TongMingXi, and Capitol Piazza.
He also serves on the board of directors of the Economy of Communion, a movement which works towards promoting economic activity that serves real human needs, and it is a concrete attempt to address acute social problems by creating businesses that are integral parts of their communities. Johnathan also holds a Master in Business Administration.

Mr. Toshitaka Uemura is the Corporate Senior Vice President and Division President of the Professional Print Business Headquarters at Konica Minolta, Inc., with a close to 40-year tenure in the printing industry.
During the early years of his service, Mr. Uemura optimized analog printing using innovative technologies like Computer-to-Film (CtF), Computer-to-Plate (CtP), and digital proofing. In his subsequent role, he continued to champion the shift to digital printing through advanced toner and inkjet technologies, contributing to the industry's ongoing digital transformation.
With 17 years of global leadership roles in Europe and the United States, Mr. Uemura now leads Konica Minolta's professional print business. His mission is to establish a sustainable print supply chain, enhancing print's value while reducing waste and transportation costs. He is also actively engaged in expanding digital printing in the realm of industrial printing, where digitalization has remained relatively limited. His visionary approach and dedication to pushing the boundaries of digital print technologies continue to shape the industry's future.
Introducing our emcee, Steve Dawson
Steve is a consummate host of sporting and non-sporting events, driving content, awards, panel discussions and interviews.
At ESPN / Star Sports, Steve anchored Formula 1 for 8 years, while also helming the lead anchor role for the channel’s flagship news shows SportsCenter Asia and SportsCenter India. He was also an occasional presenter of English Premier League football. When ESS became Fox Sports, Steve was the main presenter of Fox Sports Central, the channel’s sports news show, before becoming their sole live football host, presenting the Bundesligia, AFC Champions League and AFC Cup football, plus a football magazine show, Fox Sports FC.
Steve has also anchored the 2012 Olympics, content that ONE Championship has created since its inception, as well as providing commentary for the J-League, FIFA World Cup qualifying matches, world championship boxing, mixed martial arts, numerous motor racing series, tennis, golf, athletics, volleyball, archery and table tennis.
